DFW Virtual Office was started in 2002 by Coleen Spalding and offers administrative support services for small to medium business owners through out the US.   Some of our services include basic administrative support such as creation of documents using MS Word and Excel to Desktop Publishing and Powerpoint Presentations.  We assist with contact management, email marketing, website maintenance and online conferencing.  We also offer bookkeeping and payroll services.  Please visit our Services page for more information.

About Coleen Spalding

Coleen began her career 25 years ago helping small business owners manage their back office.   Her corporate career ended shortly after September 11, 2001 when she was working as and HR Generalist with Sabre Holding, Inc., a subsidiary of American Airlines.   Coleen spent 8 years in corporate america working closely with Directors, managers and employees on company policies and procedures.  For a detailed look at Coleen's background please view her resume.
